First Clan Match

Well this is the first post on my new blog and what better way to start it out by a recap of the domination in our first clan match through gamebattles.com.  I believe the other clan were Angels of Destruction, or something like that.  But regardless they got owned.  The first match was their choice, and  was set on Strike.  Game type was domination.  AoD started as the Marines and Hollywood the Durkas.  To make a long, detailed match short, they won.  Whoo hoo.  Good thing this was a best of 3 battle.  Next match was set on Bog, our choice, with same game type, we start as the Marines.  To spare AoD the embarrasment of graphic descriptions of air strikes, hellicopter kills, and straight tea bagging, Hollywood DESTROYED!!  Wasnt’ even close, never ever was.  Third match was their choice again.  Ambush, team death match, first to 1000.  I’m not sure if this was one of AoD’s best maps or not, but we’re sure are good at it.  So little did they know they set themselves up to lose.  I believe the end score was 1000-640 or something like that.  For a more detailed account of this battle, and more accurate scores click here.

The thing I learned most from the first clan match was, cockiness and no communication get you nowhere.  No matter how good you are.  After the ass whooping we got the first game, the talking started and the seriousness came out.  That combo there equals bad things for other teams.  Unfortunately the second battle we had set up didn’t happen.  The other team was a no show.  What a bunch of pussies.

I believe I speak for everyone when I say we are looking forward to our next battle.  I personally enjoy testing my skills against other people, who like me think they are good.  So far Hollywood 2-0.
